Highest Gas Rebate Credit Card
I’ve searched high and low to find the card that gives the highest rebate on gas purchases and I’m reasonably sure I’ve found it (I don’t know of any higher, but I’m open to correction if you find one here in the U.S.A.). It’s the Chase BP card and it gives you a 10% rebate on gas for the first 60 days. That’s about $.35 on every gallon if you assume a gas price of $3.50/gallon and since every indication is that it’s going to $4/gallon that number will turn to getting $.40 off every gallon – that can add up in a big hurry when it comes to measuring your savings. Let’s just say you have a 20 gallon tank and gas is $4/gallon that means that you will save $8 from that fill-up.
