Why would you refinance your home?
If I were to refinance my home, it would have to be for a very good reason; as my home is already paid off. However, if it weren’t, I suppose I might think about home refinance given today’s lower interest rates. I have learned that it could be in everyone’s best interest to at least look into where you are in your finances and if it would benefit you to refinance. Maybe you have kids ready to go to college, or you have purchased an older home with the intent of remodeling and you have decided you would rather have the work done. It might be a good time to look in to home refinance.
